Oldham Towers was completed in 1969 and named after former DHA Executive Director, C.S. Oldham. Located in downtown Durham, Oldham Towers is the first DHA high rise structure. This community provides 106 apartments.We are currently accepting applications for our waiting list. Completed applications must be returned to our office (519 East Main Street Durham, North Carolina 27701) for processing.

Eligibility for Oldham Towers
