The Highlands complex is a wellness oriented and service enriched community to allow for aging in place. The complex contains 136 one and two bedroom units on four floors. Amenities include washers and dryers on each floor, two elevators, several fitness rooms, TV lounges, meeting rooms, game rooms, craft room, library, outdoor patios, walking path and more. Phase 1 opened in 2017 and Phase 2 followed in 2019.

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
