Grand Manor Community provides low-income housing to the Grand Junction valley. We are a Multi-Family Housing development that has 112 units on site. Located off of 28 ¼ Rd and Orchard Avenue, Grand Manor is close to two parks. The three schools for the area are Nisley Elementary, Bookcliff Middle School, and Central High School.
Grand Manor has a community garden in our courtyard which we encourage all of our tenants to participate in. Our office staff would be more than happy to go over the application process or answer any questions you may have.
