Providence Elizabeth House is managed by Providence Supportive Housing.
Welcome to Providence Elizabeth House, a beautiful apartment building in West Seattle's High Point Hope VI Community. We are pleased to offer safe, affordable apartments to seniors (ages 62 and older) on fixed incomes.
We understand that seniors have unique needs as they age, so our apartments were designed especially with those needs in mind. In addition to providing residents with a beautiful place to call home, we also have an on-site Service Coordinator to help you identify and access a wide range of local services and resources to help you get the most out of life.
I love being able to have my own little garden! And all of the group activities really give it a close community feeling. - Providence Elizabeth House Resident

Since this property was built or renovated using funding from HUD's Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly program, residency is usually restricted to households earning 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or less with at least one member age 62 years or older. Tenants pay rent based on household income. This rent is usually the highest of the following three amounts: either 30% adjusted monthly income, or 10% unadjusted monthly income, or, if receiving welfare assistance, the housing costs portion of this assistance.
