An 84-unit high rise located in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood for seniors 62 years of age or older, and in certain cases for persons with disabilities that require four architectural features of a unit. Applicants must be at or below 50% of the median income and able to live independently. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted income. As of April 1, 2019, there are no units available. Chancery Place is accepting applications and maintains an open waitlist that is approximately 2 years.

Tenants pay rent based on household income. This rent is usually the highest of the following three amounts: either 30% adjusted monthly income, or 10% unadjusted monthly income, or, if receiving welfare assistance, the housing costs portion of this assistance.
