Applicants must be at or below 50% of the median income and able to live independently. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted income. As of April 1, 2019, there are no units available. Chancery Place is accepting applications and maintains an open waitlist that is approximately 2 years.

Tenants pay rent based on household income.
