Goggle Works Apartments is managed by Reading Housing Authority.

In partnership with Boscovs’ Our City Reading, the Senator Mike O’Pake GoggleWorks Apartments was developed in 2012 to bring LUXURY APARTMENTS AT AFFORDABLE PRICES to the City of Reading.  Building on the success of the GoggleWorks Center for the Arts, GoggleWorks Apartments has become an anchor establishment to Entertainment Square.  Located at the entrance to our city, this scenic corner is home to the only area IMAX Theater and Reading Area Community College’s Miller Center for the Arts, with new development in craft and eatery on the horizon.

GoggleWorks Apartments offer luxury living through high-end kitchens with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, washers & dryers, central air and a fully-equipped exercise room.  The property offers 24-hour maintenance, a smoke-free environment and secure garage parking at a modest fee.  The 30,000 square foot entertainment deck is available to all residents to use and enjoy the beautiful views, with grills and patio furniture available as the seasons permit.

Private showings are available at your convenience.  Contact Our City Reading at 484-256-4865, or email cneiswender@boscovs.com to arrange yours today!

HOME Investment Partnerships Program

This project has received some funding from a participating jurisdiction (local or state government agency) through the HUD HOME Investments Partnerships Program (HOME). In projects with five or more HOME-assisted units, at least 20% of these units must be occupied by families earning 50% or less of area median income (AMI). All other HOME-assisted units must be occupied by families earning 80% or less of AMI, but in practice most are reserved for families earning 60% or less AMI. Maximum monthly rent is capped with a Low HOME Rent for <50% AMI units and a High HOME Rent for the remaining HOME-assisted units. Contact the property directly for the specific dollar amount of these rent caps.
