There were four ways to apply during the opening period:
Once the application was completed, it must have been postmarked between July 23 and July 30; and mailed to the Reading Housing Authority.
This waiting list had the following preferences: Live, work or attend school in the City of Reading.
Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.
Please note: According to the RHA public notice, this waiting list is "0-BR apartments for 1-person families, located in Rhodes, Eisenhower & Hubert Apartments, Kennedy & Franklin Towers and Hensler Homes."
To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Applicant families must qualify for the bedroom size (1BR – 5BR) based upon occupancy standard of 1 bedroom per 2 persons, with limited exceptions".
