Disciples Village of Tulsa has ninety-six (96) one-bedroom apartments in a two-story building, with an elevator. Each apartment includes a living room/dining room area, kitchen, bedroom, full bath and patio/balcony. Ten (10) of their apartments are accessible for people who need an architecturally modified apartment. They also have a large social/dining room, comfortable main living room, puzzle room, and a computer/pool room, that host numerous activities, programs, and entertainment for our residents. They also have an onsite beauty shop and open library.

Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly

Since this property was built or renovated using funding from HUD's Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly program, residency is usually restricted to households earning 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or less with at least one member age 62 years or older. Tenants pay rent based on household income.
