Shadybrook Apartments are centrally located senior housings that offer spacious and affordable one bedroom apartments with onsite laundry that are in a great location close to public transportation and shopping. We are a pet friendly community, so bring your four-legged family member along. In order to qualify you must be 62 years or older and/or persons with a disability of any age with elderly preferences. Rent is based on adjusted income and security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Enjoy planned activities in the on-site community room and play pool whenever you like.
