This waiting list consists of one, two, three, four and five bedroom apartments located on the southeast side of Warren and adjacent to the new Willard School. Some of the units are built on a single floor plan for easier access for persons with disabilities. Rent is based on income.
Residents must have the ability to obtain gas, water and electric in their name to qualify in addition passing all other screening criteria. Residents may qualify for participation in family-self sufficiency programs. (FSS)
