All units are accessible by elevators. Utilities are included in the cost of rent. Coin operated laundry and community room located on-site. Additional charges may apply for excess electric usage for air conditioners and freezers.An additional pet deposit of $ 300.00 is required for any household wishing to have a pet at THE ELMS, WEST PARK MANOR or HEATON HOUSE. Veterinarian records must be provided prior the pet being brought onto the property. A $ 50.00 deposit is required before the pet is permitted on the property. Tenants are permitted to make monthly payments until the entire deposit is paid in full. A minimum payment of $ 10.00 per month is required.
