Valencia Pointe is MAAC’s newest affordable housing community located in the City of San Diego. The development has 102-units with 2- and 3-bedroom apartments for households earning between 40-80 % of area median income (AMI).

Residents can enjoy the site’s amenities that include: a community room, computer lounge, playground, large outdoor patio area with a covered courtyard for gatherings, events, and meetings.

Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
