Studio 15 is a community comprised of 275 studio apartments. Apartments include a twin bed, built-in desk, chair, flat screen TV with DVD player, private bathroom and armoire. Additionally, each unit includes a two burner stove top, microwave and under counter refrigerator. Our common area amenities include a theater room, community dining/ lounge room with large screen TV, wireless internet and much more. We are conveniently located in the East Village area of downtown. We also offer controlled access parking and bike storage. Income limits and restrictions apply.

Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
