Oak Knoll Villas is a 52-apartment community located in the City of Poway, near many local amenities. The community is situated one block east of Pomerado Road and one block south of Poway Road, and approximately two miles from the civic center, library, police station, and public schools in Poway. CHW renovated the apartments in 2009, making substantial improvements to major systems and adding resident amenities. The renovation replaced one of two existing laundry buildings with a new modular community building, play area, picnic tables, and barbeque area. The community building also includes a leasing office, computer lab, kitchen, and learning center with on-site resident programs.
