The Rural Resources Community Action (RRCA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications for Ferry, Lincoln, Pend Oreille, and Stevens County from August 15, 2023, until August 29, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application

This waiting list had the following preferences:

  • Live, work or have been hired to work in SHA jurisdiction.
  • Institutionalization, Homeless and At-Risk.
  • Households identified as a Family with Dependents, Elderly, or Disabled.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
