Open: Tonquish Creek Manor Senior

The Plymouth Housing Commission is accepting Seniors waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Tonquish Creek Manor from the earliest confirmed date of March 29, 2022, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

  1. Complete the online application.
  2. Call (734) 455-3670 to request an application by mail.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

  • One Person: $53,050 | Two Persons: $60,600

This waiting list has the following preferences:

  1. Resident of the City of Plymouth
  2. Resident of City of Plymouth Township

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

1,250 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
