Open: Crystal Court, Valley View and Riverside Section 8 Project-Based Voucher

The New Albany Housing Authority (NAHA) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Crystal Court, Valley View and Riverside Apartments from November 13, 2023, at 8:30 am ET, until further notice. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in September, 2023.

There are two ways to apply while the waiting list is open:

1. Pick up an application from the NAHA Main office, located at 300 Erni Avenue, New Albany, IN 47150. Applications may be picked up during regular business hours, Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am, until 4:00 pm.
2. Print the paper application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

The New Albany Housing Authority (NAHA) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Beechwood Court from May 28, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Beechwood Court - located at 2100 MacArthur Drive, New Albany, Indiana 47150.

There are two ways to apply while the waiting list is open:

1. Pick up an application from the NAHA Main office, located at 300 Erni Avenue, New Albany, IN 47150. Applications may be picked up during regular business hours, Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am, until 4:00 pm.
2. Print the paper application.

Once the paper application is completed, it must be: Returned to the NAHA office, located at the address mentioned above. Monday-Thursday. 8:30 am until 11:00 am.
