The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is accepting Senior Multifamily Housing waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Lancaster Homes and Kings Road apartments from February 2, 2023 at 8:00 am, until June 30, 2024 at 5:00 pm PST.

This waiting list is for the following properties: 

  • Lancaster Homes has one and two-bedroom units, located in Lancaster, CA. 
  • Kings Road has one and two-bedroom units, located in West Hollywood, CA.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preference: 

  • Elderly Family Preference:
    • An elderly family is a family whose head (including co-head), spouse, or sole member is a person who is at least 62 years of age. It may include two or more persons who are at least 62 years of age living together, or one or more persons who are at least 62 years of age living with one or more live-in aides.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
