The pet policy is as follows: you may have a dog if it weighs less than 25 lbs. or you may have a cat. You may not have more than one pet. You must provide documentation that the animal has been spayed or neutered and that it has had all of its immunizations. You must pay a $300 refundable pet deposit, but you may pay $50 at the time you move in and $10 per month until the deposit is fully paid.

The first step is to complete an application. If you would like to pick up an application, please come to the management office at 4529 S. 23rd St. or you may pick one up from our corporate office at 1123 N. Astor St. If you cannot come to either office or the open house, you may have an application emailed to you. Please respond to this email requesting an application, and one will be sent to you as soon as possible.
