Baughman Towers are centrally located senior housing that offer spacious and affordable one bedroom apartments with amazing balconies that overlook the beautiful city of Philippi. We are a pet friendly community, so bring your four-legged family member along. Our pleasant and friendly staff have been working there long-term so you will enjoy the stability. In order to qualify you must be 62 years or older and/or persons with a disability of any age with elderly preferences. Rent is based on adjusted income and security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Not to mention, all utilities paid trash pick-up is included to make your daily life, that much easier.
