Tenny Creek Assisted Living is a newly-constructed assisted living facility in Southwest Washington—providing critical housing and support for individuals with complex behavioral and physical health challenges.

Their mission is to provide supported independence through a team approach to person-centered care, involving medical, social, and mental health specialists, along with personal caregivers, social service support staff and other client representatives.

Tenny Creek is a reality for vulnerable and disabled adults, thanks in part to collaborative efforts on behalf of Vancouver Housing Authority, Key Property Services, Inc., and local mental health service providers.
