Since 1997, Parkview Services’ Affordable Housing Program has created safe, stable affordable rental housing for low-income people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDDs). Currently, Parkview owns 58 single family homes and condos scattered throughout King County and Snohomish County. These properties house 159 low-income tenants with IDDs. Our single-family homes are rented to tenants as shared housing, with 2-4 adults to a home. Condominiums are rented to 1-2 tenants or occasionally small families with a child with IDDs.
