Admiralty Apartments is section 8 project building with 38 of our 48 apartments subsidized. All units are 1 bedroom units with small kitchens that have a four burner stove and small refrigerator. There are three laundry rooms available, one on each floor.

Because this was a former hotel, there are 23 different floor plans in the building.  The unit sizes range from 320 sq. ft. to 506 sq. ft.  The average size of each  these apartments is 400 sq. ft. Many of the units enjoy a view of Port Townsend Bay and all tenants can enjoy their beachside deck and beach from the recreation room of the building.
