These properties are partially subsidized through the USDA rental assistance program. The low-income rent structure calculates your rent to 30% of your monthly income-depending on your income level. Non-subsidized units have a base rent that you will pay. If subsidy is not available at move-in, your rent will not be subsidized. However, once a resident is qualified for subsidy, your household may be placed on a wait list for subsidy based on greatest need.
