Carriage House is a Section 8/Tax Credit community for adults 62 /disabled. We have an on-site laundry facility, 2 elevators, and a community room. All of our apartments are ADA compliant, and have wall-to-wall carpet, grab bars, roll-in showers, blinds, walk-in closets, and emergency pull cords in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We are located in Historic Petersburg, on the bus route with a stop at our front door, and close to restaurants and shopping. The nearby pharmacy delivers to our property. Breakfast is organized and provided on Thursdays through the tenants' association. All utilities and cable are included. Income restrictions apply. Criminal and credit check required.
