Built in 1960, it is located in the historic area of South Norfolk, Virginia, conveniently near Chesapeake city hall, Great Bridge Shopping Center, Chesapeake TCC, grocery stoes and favorite restaurants. There are 17 two-bedroom apartments and 13 three-bedroom apartments. Apartments are rented to families and individuals earning at or below 50% - 60% of the area median income. Water, sewer and sanitation Included in the rent. The property management staff is actively involved in this family-oriented neighborhood. Resident Services hosts events such as an annual Residents’ Community Day, where individuals and families are treated to food, activities, entertainment, and educational information on health and safety.
