Wallingford House is managed by THM Property Management.

This imposing landmark, located on Wallingford's historic main Street, has served the town for more than one hundred years. Built in 1824 as the original Wallingford House, it was renovated in 1893 as the New Wallingford and quickly became a popular vacation spot. The locally-based American Fork and Hoe Company purchased the bulding in 1926, enlarged it into the structure that stands today, and renamed it the True Temper Inn.

The inn functioned as a hospitality center not only for tourists but for Vermonters as well, offering a grand setting for banquets, wedding receptions, and weekly Rotary dinners. It was also a friendly stop-over point for families journeying north. Most recently, the inn was used as a language school for foreign students.
