The French Block Apartments were brought back to life after sitting vacant for over 80 years! A complete renovation was completed at the end of 2018, and new residents moved in throughout January of 2019. Everything in this building is new, but the restoration stayed painstakingly true to the historic building style from the time in which it was built. This is a great space in a great place: downtown Montpelier! Convenient to everything the Capitol City has to offer, French Block Apartments is a beautiful piece of Montpelier's history.
