A Senior Community in Clinton, Utah offering a full continuum of care and an all-inclusive campus with ground level patio apartments for Independent Living, private Assisted Living units, and a safe and secure memory care wing. Country Pines is one of very few senior communities in Utah that offers a full continuum of care. We are an all-inclusive campus that offers 50 ground level patio apartments for our Independent residents, 50 private Assisted Living units, as well as a safe and secure private memory care wing for our residents who suffer from Alzheimer's or Dementia related illnesses.

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households. Households must earn either less than 50% or 60% of the area median income (depending on the set-aside option chosen by the property owner) to qualify for these units. Rents in these units are capped at a maximum of 30% of the set-aside area median income (adjusted for unit size).
