Anson Park Apartments II is managed by TEJAS Housing Group.
With 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units integrated with Anson Park's existing units, we have created our largest community to date. This Phase II development was built on to the success of Anson Park I and in doing so created a larger and more attractive property for the City of Abilene. This property was placed in service in April 2006 shares the same great amenity package as Anson Park I. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of our after-school program, computer lab, childrens summer camp, and refreshing swimming pool.

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households. Households must earn either less than 50% or 60% of the area median income (depending on the set-aside option chosen by the property owner) to qualify for these units. Rents in these units are capped at a maximum of 30% of the set-aside area median income (adjusted for unit size). Some rental units in this property may not be subject to LIHTC and therefore have higher rents and no maximum household income requirement.
