Your rent is based on your income and occupancy is subject to HUD rules and regulations, including the HUD annual income limits.
Rockwood Village Apartments is a three-story community located in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in Rockwood, Tennessee. The one-bedroom apartment homes on the second and third floors are elevator-accessible. All apartments include range and refrigerator as well as central air and heat. We offer a spacious floor plan with wall to wall carpeting. Rockwood has two large laundry rooms on site for the convenience of our residents. There is a large community room with fireplace. Regular transportation is available for the needs of our residents. Our goal at Rockwood Village is that each resident will feel right at home and enjoy the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Utility assistance is also included.
