Broadway Towers offers one bedroom apartments that are available to eligible persons 62 and older, or single individuals 18 or older who are handicapped or disabled. The apartments are approximately 600 square feet. A large laundry room on the ground floor is available 24 hours. Centrally located, residents have easy access to restaurants, banks, shops and theaters. Community agencies and local churches provide many services for the residents at little or no cost. There is limited resident parking in the two parking garages but there is a public parking lot adjacent to the building where residents and guests may park free of charge. All community areas are non smoking and new residents must agree to keep their apartments smoke free as well.
