Robert Saligman Apartments, in Northeast Philadelphia, is a 202/Section 8 HUD subsidized, affordable housing, residential 180-unit ten story building with efficiencies and one-bedroom apartments. Originally created as a ten story Holiday Inn Hotel, in 1977, the building was converted through extensive rehabilitation into 180 apartments.
Robert Saligman North is an addition to Robert Saligman Apartments. Construction was completed in 1994 with 106 one-bedroom units.
Residents enjoy the lobby, social room, library/media room, chapel and computer center. On-site social workers facilitate access to community services to benefit our senior residents.
