City Care’s Westlawn Gardens Permanent Housing consists of a 44-unit permanent supportive housing project that provides much-needed housing for low-income families with a disability and 18 units in the Westlawn Gardens Affordable Housing open to all low income households. City Care strives to offer an environment with support that encourages individuals to achieve long-term success.
Generally, households earning up to the income limit in the table below for their household size are eligible for units participating in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program in Oklahoma City but actual income limits may differ for units at City Cares Duplexes at Westlawn.

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
