South Court Senior Villas is managed by Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority.
South Court Senior Villas is our newest property and ready for occupancy in August 2018. There are 48-units, with a mix of two-bedroom villas and a two-story building with one and two-bedroom units. All units will feature accessible energy efficient appliances.
There are also a variety of modern amenities including, onsite management, a community room with a kitchenette for resident events, a business center with computer work stations, a theater room for resident entertainment and a fitness center, as well as outdoor living areas and a picnic shelter. We are also partnering with several organizations for additional services.

Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)
Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households. Households must earn either less than 50% or 60% of the area median income (depending on the set-aside option chosen by the property owner) to qualify for these units. Rents in these units are capped at a maximum of 30% of the set-aside area median income (adjusted for unit size). Some rental units in this property may not be subject to LIHTC and therefore have higher rents and no maximum household income requirement.
