Eagle Creek is a 34 apartment mid-ride located near the heart of downtown Hubbard. The apartments are designed to house elderly persons age 62 years of age and better. Rent is based on income. All units are accessible by elevators. utilities are included in the cost of rent. Coin operated laundry and community room located on-site. Additional charges may apply for excess electric usage for air conditioners and freezers. An additional pet deposit of $300.00 is required for any household wishing to have a pet. Veterinarian records must be provided prior to the pet being brought onto the property. A $50.00 deposit is required before the pet is permitted on the property. Tenants are permitted to make monthly payments until the entire deposit is paid in full. A minimum payment of $10.00 per month is required.
