Newly constructed and opened in May, 2010, Girard Manor is located two blocks east of St. Rt. 422 in the heart of Girard. Girard Manor consists of 40 large and spacious one bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens and barrier free floor plans. Each apartment is individually heated and cooled for the tenant's enjoyment. Laundry service is available on the first floor as well as a spacious community room, Media Room with Wii Fitness, community library and wireless internet service. The site also has a covered patio at the rear of the building and an exterior balcony on the 3rd floor for residents to enjoy.Security deposit is equal to the tenant's monthly portion of the rent. Rent is based on income and all utilities included. Pets are permitted on the premises with an additional security deposit of $ 300.00. A deposit of $50.00 and veterinary records are required prior to the pet coming onto the premises. Size, weight and breed restrictions may apply. A minimum payment of $ 10.00 per month is required
