The Grafton Living Center is a ground level complex that offers one-bedroom apartments specifically designed for those 62 years of age or older or handicapped & disabled regardless of age. Two of our homes are handicapped accessible and 10 have private patios. Our property amenities include a large community room, an outdoor patio for socializing, a laundry room and single stall garages with remotes for each apartment home.

We have Meals for Seniors available and delivered to apartment homes Monday through Friday. Walsh County Transportation Buses are made available for transportation locally or out-of-town

Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
