The Arbors includes 186 units of efficiency, two and three bedroom apartments all of which have recently been completely renovated in 2019 to include new kitchens, bathrooms flooring and paint throughout, light fixtures, windows and AC units. The property itself has benefited from a year long multi million dollar renovation that resulted in a new Leasing Officer and Community Center full of amenities for residents such as a fitness center, computer lab, community room, kitchen and cafe. To qualify for housing at The Arbors, household income must not exceed 60% of the area median income and our residents pay no more than 30% of their income towards housing. No voucher is needed to qualify for housing and applications and rental payments are all processed on site in our Leasing Office.

Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)
