Rolling Meadows Apartments is situated on the south edge of the City of Rocky Mount. There are 13 buildings spread over 12 acres. Each hallway serves four apartments. The ownership of the complex changed hands in December 2006, and the apartments are undergoing a rehabilitation process. Rolling Meadows Apartments is a decent place to live for the elderly and low-income families. The new owners have a contract with HUD to make available affordable housing based on the family income.
