Less than a mile away from beautiful downtown Fuquay sits Bailey Place Apartments. This apartment community has just completed a renovation in the following areas: new additional landscaping, new flooring in each apt, stoves and refrigerators, energy efficient windows, each apartment freshly painted, energy efficient AC/Heat units, sidewalks connect to a Playground. We also built a new Office with an additional room attached for community activities and computers for our residents' use. We offer spacious one and two bedroom apartments with one bathroom. Our apartments are two stories although, each individual apartment is on one level with spacious floor plans.
