Situated just outside of downtown Enfield, North Carolina on Daniels Bridge Road is the brand new Enfield Pointe Apartments.  This apartment community offers to residents a selection of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.  The Enfield Pointe community is located close to both Inborden Elementary and Enfield Middle School.

The apartments are spread across five residential buildings, which are situated on nearly seven (7) acres of land.

The community includes a community building that houses the leasing office, a community room, laundry room, and computer center. The community also offers, among other features, a playground/tot-lot and a covered picnic area. 

The application fee is $30 per adult applicant and one month's rent is required for a security deposit.

Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households. Households must earn either less than 50% or 60% of the area median income (depending on the set-aside option chosen by the property owner) to qualify for these units. Rents in these units are capped at a maximum of 30% of the set-aside area median income (adjusted for unit size). Some rental units in this property may not be subject to LIHTC and therefore have higher rents and no maximum household income requirement.
