The Cottage Place Gardens complex is being redeveloped, and all of the buildings originally constructed in 1945 are being replaced with new, modern housing situated in close proximity to the downtown Yonkers Waterfront District, the Hudson River Museum, the Yonkers Public Library, schools, places of worship and public transportation. The new buildings at the site include 188 Warburton Avenue, School House Terrace and The Villas at the Ridgeway, and applicants interested in those properties should contact The Ridgeway Apartments directly. Because the redevelopment of Cottage Place Gardens is in its final stages, the old units at the site are no longer available for rental.
