Adrean Terrace is the largest and oldest of our Low Income Public Housing units. This development was completed in 1941, it is comprised of a combination of one, two and three story building of brick and concrete construction. Adrean has a Community Center (Vega-Martinez Community Center) with programs and activities for both young and old.
Generally, households earning up to the income limit in the table below for their household size are eligible for units participating in a HUD rental assistance program in Utica but actual income limits may differ for units at Adrean Terrace.
