Renaissance Square is the adaptive reuse and historic preservation of the former St Mary’s School in Schenectady, New York. This community consists of 55 studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments with modern amenities and conveniences.
The monthly rent includes most utilities. This is made possible by financing and assistance from federal, state and local government programs, which allows us to provide beautiful homes to those who qualify.
Each apartment has an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with energy star appliances, individually controlled heating and cooling systems, storage, and internet and cable access. Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
