Liberty Square is a four-story building comprised of studios, 1-, and 2-bedroom apartments, a community room, fitness center, management offices, service provider offices and ancillary spaces.
The site accommodates parking, a fenced outdoor play area for children, and as the community is smoke-free, the site has a designated smoking station on a handicap accessible pathway. Each apartment has a private porch or a balcony and ample storage. To encourage alternative transportation, the building includes secure, indoor bike storage for the residents.

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households. Households must earn either less than 50% or 60% of the area median income (depending on the set-aside option chosen by the property owner) to qualify for these units.
