Heritage at Whiting, open to adults ages 55 years and older, is located along Lacey Road in Manchester Township, right next door to our Life Plan Community, Crestwood Manor. This completely renovated community of affordable 1- and 2-bedroom rental senior apartments was created from a desire to serve an underserved part of the community: modest-income older adults, ages 55+, in need of affordable senior housing.

Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
