Freedom Village at Westampton consists of six, two-story apartment buildings with 12 units in each, and offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom rental apartments. There is also a community center that houses our administrative and maintenance offices along with a community room for tenant activities.   The Bur-link bus network has a stop at the property, and highways US 130 Interstate 295 are nearby.

Freedom Village at Westampton is located off of Woodlane Road, near the corner of Woodlane and Springside Roads.  This intersection is home to a WaWa, CVS, Dunk’n Donuts, a pizza shop and a convenience type shopping center.  Westampton Township has plans for a ten acre park to be built next door to the site that will provide residents with passive and active recreation opportunities.

Education facilities are close by.  These are: Holly Hills Elementary, Friends Academy at Westampton, Westampton Middle School, Rancocas Valley High School, and Burlington County Institute of Technology.  

Shopping options are within a few miles by Bur-link or car.  These include Shop Rite, Acme, Home Depot, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Staples,  Family Dollar, Walmart, Marshalls.

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households. Households must earn either less than 50% or 60% of the area median income (depending on the set-aside option chosen by the property owner) to qualify for these units. Rents in these units are capped at a maximum of 30% of the set-aside area median income (adjusted for unit size). Some rental units in this property may not be subject to LIHTC and therefore have higher rents and no maximum household income requirement.
