The newly constructed Woodrow Wilson Commons opened up for lease up in 2013. Woodrow Wilson consists of 174 one , two, three and four bedroom mixed income units. It is within walking distance of the beach and public transportation. The site is outfitted with closed circuit security cameras, modernized kitchens and bath and 24 hour maintenance repairs are available. Onsite parking is also provided.
