Rolling Greens Court is a brand new energy-efficient apartment community in Cinnaminson, N.J. Rolling Greens Court is a joint venture between Moorestown Ecumenical Neighborhood Development, Inc. (MEND) and Conifer Realty, LLC. This community is built on the site of the historic Children’s Summer Home of Cinnaminson. The home was a Religious Society of Friends charity, established by the Westfield Monthly Meeting in 1897, and open to poor mothers and their children from Philadelphia. Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
